MELISSA CARIAS

Melissa’s fitness career started in 1993 in Honduras as a part-time job. She has been a Personal Trainer since 2004 and holds NASM and ACE group and personal training certifications. Melissa has been a Zumba® Instructor and ZIN™ Member since 2007. She is a first-generation Zumba® Jammer (2010), a ZINCON performer since 2011, and a presenter since 2017. She has hosted more than 200 ZIN™ Jam Sessions (national and international) and ZINCON Quebradita Zumba® Jammer presenter since 2019.
